Mr. Dimas has over 35 years of legal and business experience specializing in litigation and complex commercial matters for closely-held businesses, high net worth individuals, government and religious organizations, and international corporations and investors in matters involving real estate development, construction, business formation and restructuring, contract negotiation, estates and trusts, and financing.
